Mission-not-so-complete.

Satu dozen bunga dalam sebulan. Bukan mudah! Tapi, alah bisa tegal biasa. Semakin kagum dengan pakar-pakar crochet & knitting. Bunga dah siap, sekarang misi mencari reben yang sesuai. Perlu disiapkan dalam masa seminggu, dua minggu paling lewat.

Kisah lain, crochet, seperti hobi-hobi yang lain juga perlu sedikit pelaburan. Mula-mula buku, ada rezeki nanti, tambah koleksi hook pula. Bukan apa, supaya dapat pelbagaikan hasilnya. Takkan nak buat bunga saja, kan?

Dua dozen daun dah siap. Tapi masih lagi mengait bunga. Masih lagi mencari-cari button & embellishment yang bersesuaian. Satu dozen frame menanti untuk di 'make-over'kan. Harap-harap siap mengikut target masanya.

Buat masa sekarang, saya sedang buat projek frame kayu ikea untuk giveaway blog artchetak. Bunga & daun antara item utama untuk projek kali ni. Ni nak kongsi video tutorial mudah untuk 3 jenis bentuk daun. Setakat ni, tutorial oleh Crochet Geek adalah antara yang paling mudah untuk difahami. Yang lain-lain akan dikongsi kemudian.

Crochet ni 'berhantu'. Tengok video tutorial tu, rasa nak buat. Tengok video ni, pun rasa nak buat. Bila beli buku, belum siap satu bunga, dah mula bunga lain. Belum masuk bab 'melawat' kedai benang. Selepas hampir seminggu, akhirnya siap satu headband. Itupun sebab nak hadiahkan buat Marissa, my newborn niece. Untuk Hannan & Siti Aina Arissa, tunggu turn ye. Kak Ayisha pun dah bising-bising bila ibu nak siapkan gelang dia dan kawan-kawan.

Two days & three flowers

The next couple of weeks, will be packed with deadlines, submissions & deliveries. I won't be able to crochet anything, so I wanted to do as much as I could at least for a couple of days, and I did. I managed to do the three flowers as I had earlier planned.

And this is my next target practice.

Irish Rose Crochet

I don't have much time, lately, to learn more about crochet, being preoccupied with orders thru my other blog, www.artchetak.com. But, once in a while, crochet-ing helps me to unwind & relaxed after days of busy-ness.

This is my first Irish Rose crochet, with a help from Crochet Geek via below video tutorial.

The weather's not so friendly today. Hit with migraine, I stayed home after delivering cards to a customer. I managed to find three simple flower projects, which I think I'd handle all in one day. Here they are & let's hope I could keep up to my 'dream'.
